Citing his hectic schedule, ex- skipper and great fast bowler Wasim Akram has refused an invitation from the PCB to hold a training camp for the fast bowlers in Lahore this month.
Wasim Akram said that because of his hectic schedule including his commentary jobs he’d not be able to take up the PCB offer until March next season.
“I would like to work with some of the younger quick bowlers in Pakistan. Sadly my professional responsibilities and job leave me very little time,”Wasim Akram told journalists here.
“But I’ve time in March and i’m willing to hold a camp at that time,” he added.
Wasim Akram, among the best left arm pacers in world cricket also conceded that pace bowlers could play a huge role on the coming tour to India.
