South Africa team collapse on 2nd day

South Africa limped to 365 for 9 at lunch time on the 2nd day of the 1st test against Pakistan at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Saturday. Previously Pakistan suffered a key blow when the left-arm pacer Wahab Riaz had an injury and left out for the first session on 2nd day of the test.

The Proteas began well on the 2nd day at 311-3 but the South African batting was proved to be a wall of sand as the Green Shirts managed to reduce the opponents at mere 365 for the loss of 9 wickets.Pakistani fast bowler Umar Gul, being the hero of the session, ousted 3 of South African batsmen-Paul Harris, De Villiers and Ashwell Prince.

Mark Boucher and Botha fell at the hands of left-arm spinner Abdur Rehman while Saeed Ajmal sent Kallis back to Pavilion.
