The world’s fastest bowler Shoaib Akhtar, could be seen in the action once again as he is planning a major comeback to the international cricketing world.
Shoaib Akhtar, who’s been world’s fastest bowler in his heyday, told he has been thinking about taking back his retirement decision ‘on public demand’. The famous Pakistani bowler had announced his retirement from international cricket during World Cup 2011. However, his close aides say Shoaib Akhtar is now very serious to play just T20 cricket.
Shoaib Akhtar, who made his international debut in 1997, took 178 wickets in 46 Tests, the last of which was against India at Bangalore in 07. He is 3 wickets short of 250 in 163 ODIs and has taken 19 wickets in 15 T20 internationals. He’s signed an agreement with a major multinational brand and is presently hectic in shooting their ads, sources said.
