Rabia Khan’s Lawyer Says They Have Recorded Conversation of The Witnesses

Actress Jiah Khan’s mother Rabia Khan, who is still begging for justice in regards of her daughter’s murder case, once again headed to Bombay High Court alleging that her beloved daughter was murdered and that she didn’t attempted to suicide.


Rabia’s lawyer claims that they have “recorded conversation of the witnesses” and the results indicate that it was not a suicide case.

Rabia, on Saturday, moved to Bombay High Court in an attempt to prove that her daughter didn’t committed suicide but it’s a murder case. Rabia wanted a special investigating team to deeply examine the case.

Rabia’s lawyer, Mr. Dinesh Tiwari confirmed reporters in a statement; “We have recorded conversations of the witnesses and it is different from the statement recorded by the police. For the last four months, we have been doing investigation and sting operations personally. The result in the material collected by us indicates it is not a case of suicide.”

The injury marks indicate it cannot be a case of suicide and nobody has any explanation on this. Now the current status is that we have filed a petition in the high court,” Mr. Tiwari added.

The Nishabd actress Jiah Khan was found hanging on the ceiling fan of her Juhu residence late on June 3 last year.

The police registered an FIR against Suraj Pancholi on charges of abetment. The high court later granted him bail. He is the son of veteran actors Aditya Pancholi and Zareena Wahab.
