The director Punit Malhotra says that the two posters of his upcoming film Gori Tere Pyaar Mein, which is featuring Kareena Kapoor and Imran Khan, are a combination of city and rural lives.
If we see the posters, its looks like Imran Khan is playing a city-based guy while Kareena Kapoor is acting as a simple village girl dressed in Salwar Kameez.
The first poster goes well with the tagline that says “Only love can bridge the gap” on which Kareena and Imran are seen sitting opposite each other on a broken bridge as their eyes meet.
In the 2nd poster, Imran is standing next to Kareena with a clay pot on his head and the actress is seen striking a pose next to him. The background shows a bridge in a city and the actors are standing on a stack of hay.
Director Punit, who has worked with Imran Khan in I Hate Luv Storys will work with Kareena Kapoor for the first time.
Punit revealed the first look on Twitter and he captioned the posters; “With a lot of love and passion we’ve made a film.. Here’s the first look … Our first two posters.”
Gori Tere Pyaar Mein is produced by Dharma Productions and is slated for release on November 22.
