Indian Foreign secretary Nirupama Rao says that Indian team has no problems in going to Pakistan to play matches. Nirupama Rao more says that Cricket is the only point which is getting Pakistan and India nearer and both the states should take it in front of the politics. She also mentioned that Indian PM is also preparing to visit Pakistan and there were crucial conversations held between the 2 states.
Overseas Cricket in Pakistan was ended after Srilankan side was under strike in ’09 in Lahore. Since then there were several efforts made to restore overseas cricket here but always safety factors come ahead. But now after ICC, Srilanka, Zimbabwe, India has also mentioned that they’re prepared to go to the state to play cricket there.
