A slew of latest products has been added onto the patent lawsuit in a legal order that was jointly registered by Apple and Samsung today. Included in the gadgets are Apple’s iPhone 5 and Samsung’s Galaxy S III.
U.S. Judge Paul Grewal decided to let both firms add products to the case, which is planned to go to trial on March 31, 2014. The order includes both Apple and Samsung’s changed stipulations to their first filings, which are part of Apple’s Galaxy Nexus case and not the patent trial between the 2 firms that concluded last August.
Apple included the Galaxy Note II, Galaxy S III with Android 4.1, Rugby Pro, Galaxy Tab 8.9 WI-Fi, and Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 to its list of products that it feels infringes on its patents, while Samsung added on the iPhone 5. Previously, the Galaxy S III mini was added to the list, but Apple lets it slide after Samsung assured not to market or sell the gadget in the United states.
