Apple and Samsung are suing each other in about 20 numerous court law suits at the moment, in different areas all over the world, and now it would appear that Samsung plans to take law suit against Apple in Korea when Apple launches the next generation iPhone.
As per the Korea Times, who’s apparently received the details from a Samsung management, Samsung will be looking for a full ban on product sales of the iPhone 5 in Korea.‘Just after the release of the iPhone 5 here, Samsung intends to take Apple to court here for its breach of Samsung’s wireless systems related patents,’ says a senior executive from Samsung Electronics, asking not to be discovered.‘For as long as Apple doesn’t drop cellular telecommunications functions, it would be not possible for it selling its i-branded products without utilizing our patents. We will stick to a powerful position against Apple during the nasty lawful battles.’
Samsung tried to get a look at Apple’s latest iPhone in June, after Apple had asked the court if it could see Samsung’s unreleased products, the action was rejected by a US court. We believe that this kind of thing is going to proceed between Apple and Samsung for a while, with both companies submitting a lot more court lawsuits.
