Apple will have a hectic month in September with new reports indicating that the iPhone 6 will be unveiled and released in the same month. As per the latest revelation by Chinese site TechChina, Apple will declare iPhone 6 on 15 September and it will go on sale on 25 September.
China will be one among the very first countries to receive iPhone 6 and hence, the supposed 19 September launch could be for countries outside of Asia, explains Gforgames. As for the pricing, the 4.7in iPhone 6 will cost 5288 yuan (£498) in China. This is similar to the existing price of iPhone 5s 16GB model in China. Moreover, the new pricing is matched to that of an earlier report, which said the 32GB version of iPhone 6 with smaller display would carry a similar cost. The report more indicates the 16GB iPhone 6 with 5.5in display will be called “iPhone Air” and it will cost 5998 yuan (£564).
If this rumor turns out to be true, the 4.7in iPhone 6 16GB model will be a little more than £60 compared to the 5.5on iPhone 6, which has the same storage space capacity. On the other hand, network operators such as China Mobile and China Unicom are reportedly examining the iPhone 6 model on 4G network.
