Samsung Galaxy S III and Galaxy Note II were the best smartphones regarding client satisfaction, beating out Apple iPhone 5 and other recent iPhones, as per a new report from the American Customer Satisfaction Index.
As per the ASCI, which was started by the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, Samsung’s leading smartphone for 2012, the Galaxy S III, earned an 84 (on a 0 to 100 scale), as did the Note II, defeating the iPhone 5 at 82. Apple’s iPhone 4S also acquired an 82, and the iPhone 4 acquired an 81. The survey was finished in March, before the launch of Samsung’s Galaxy S4, its 2013 leading model.
Surprisingly, while U.S. buyers rated Samsung’s smartphones the best, buyers in Samsung’s home market of South Korean like Apple. As per the National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) in South Korea, which utilizes the same technology and strategy as the ACSI, the iPhone 5 has a better client satisfaction than Galaxy S III.
The information is significant in light of the ongoing contest between Samsung and Apple for smartphone supremacy.
