In a report from China, the first set of Touch ID sensors for the brand new products are presently finishing. As first reported by cecb2b.com, the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Firm is going to be supplying the setup of Apple’s fingerprint sensors.
Apple made an agreement with the TSMC last summer in order to minimize its dependence on the Samsung. While Apple designs their own chips, they relied upon Samsung to produce the technology. While this progress doesn’t provide and launch date details for Apple’s next line of products, it does remind us that Apple is hard at work on its next line of products.
Though the fingerprint technology makes the majority of sense on the iPhone, there was no doubt that Apple would ultimately place the technology across its products.
