Apple wants to ban the sale of Samsung products

Apple has won a ruling against Samsung in $119.6 million, less than the $2.2 billion that they wished for Samsung’s violation. In return Samsung was awarded $158, 400 for Apple’s use of its photo and video organization.

Now Apple is wanting to ban the sale of Samsung gadgets. Apple filed documents on Friday to have the Samsung devices that the court identified to be violating their patents be banned from sale. This product, like the Galaxy Nexus, Note, Note II, Galaxy SII Skyrocket, Galaxy SII Epic 4G Touch, Galaxy S III, Galaxy Nexus, and more. These gadgets and others all use Apple’s trademarked features like slide to unlock or quick links.

Either way, Apple desires to stop sales of these products, but any future Samsung gadgets that would also include the same features. As per Apple lawyers, the firm has been affected because of Samsung’s violation and to allow sales of these products would continue to ruin the firm in such a way that not even financial compensation would do.
