Apple may face iPad 3 export ban in China

AppleiPad 3 could run on 4th generation networks when launched in the United states later this season, with leading American wireless providers AT&T and Verizon vying for the carrier deal. Apple is anticipated to announce information on its recent tablet offering in the initial week of next month, with several sources pointing especially to Wednesday 7 March.

The technology giant doesn’t presently have any 4G units, but the iPhone 5 – probably to hit the stores later this season – is predicted to run on the new generation network, although Apple users in britain might have to wait a while longer for 4G cellular devices. Speculation are also moving about a 7 inches iPad to rival Amazon’s Kindle Fire and Samsung’s Galaxy Tab. Serious speculation, alongside Apple’s present record profits, have rocketed the group’s stock price to above $ 500.

However, the luck of the iPad in China remains to be seen as PC monitor maker Proview Technologies, which claims to own the “iPad” logo, seeks to suspend deliveries of the well-known tablet to China. The company triumphed in a claim over Apple in December and is now petitioning stores in China – a massive customer market – to stop iPad deliveries.
