A guy from Pennsylvania has registered a case against Apple company for what he considers to be the “illegal exploitation of kids”. The charge links directly to the capacity of minors a lot more younger than the age group of 13 being capable to buy Game Currency.
Garen Megurian, the guy submitting the case, says that children can simply make buys on their parents’ accounts. The lawsuit states: “Children 13 and older are able to open their very own Apple company accounts, and minors smaller than 13 may buy Game Currency by making use of their mom and dad’ common Apple security password (no specific Apple pass word is needed to buy Game Currency).”
Meguerian’s girl was able to rack up $200 price of in-app buys, all while he was totally not aware the games his girl was playing even contained this type of feature.
