Pervez Musharraf

In its brief order, the court observed that pleas of Musharraf weren’t on merit.  The ex- president had registered pleas against constitution of special court, nomination of judges (blaming them of bias against him) besides formation of the case. The counsels of Musharraf, Anwar Mansoor Khan and Khalid Ranjha continued their justifications on the pleas of their client for almost 2 months.

Advocate Akram Shaikh had given his justifications in the case a as prosecutor. The special court had reserved its judgment on these pleas on February 18 after the end of the arguments. The court, later, adjourned the hearing till March 11.
