PTI and PML-Q agree on anti-govt campaign

PTI and PML-Q have agreed on joining hands for a new strategy against PML-N government. PTI leader Imran Khan, who led a rally of thousands of his supporters in Islamabad on Sunday, telephoned PML-Q leaders Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi and discussed future course of action.

The source said both the sides have made an opinion over supporting each other in a fresh strategy against the incumbent government. Chaudhry brothers congratulated Imran Khan for holding a ‘successful’ public gathering organized by the PTI against the alleged rigging in last year’s general elections. At the rally, Imran Khan presented a charter of demand, urging the Govt and judiciary to investigate the vote rigging.

Sources said Imran Khan is also more likely to contact the PPP’s Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly, Syed Khursheed Shah.
