PTI chief, Imran Khan has threatened dissolution of the KPK assembly if justice is not provided to his party against what he called huge rigging in last year’s general election. Talking with a private news channel on Tuesday, Imran Khan said that if failed to get justice, his party will take the streets against federal government and he will give a time-frame for that in his huge rally in Bhawalpur on June 27. He said over the failure to get justice, he could also direct CM Parvez Khattak to dissolve the K-P assembly.
Imran Khan also took a dig at ex- chief Justice Ifitkhar Chaudury, saying he played a vital role in rigging the elections. He said Chaudhry’s son Arsalan Iftikhar has been hired as the vice chairman of the Balcohistan Investment Board and if a transparent probe is done, it would be disclosed that he is a corrupt man.
The PTI chief said Arsalan is spending a lavish life and it should be investigated that from where he is finding money. Imran Khan said the preceding PPP government was much better than PML-N. He more said the present rulers are concentrating on getting loans and have double the inflation.
