PTI and PML-N reject to cancel their rallies

PTI and PML-N Monday rejected to cancel their rallies on death of Nusrat Bhutto. Imran Khan says that he was really sad with the news of Begum Nusrat death but he’d lead the rally of Tehrik-e-Insaf on plan period. Meanwhile, speaking to press, Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah says that Shahbaz Sharif will address the demonstration rallies instead of Nawaz Sharif in Punjab.

All the rallies and open public gathering will be arranged as per the plan, Sana said. He declared that a public conference will be arranged in Faisalabad’s Dhoobi Ghat Ground on November 3. He also said that PML-N isn’t scared of any political party including Tehreek-e-Insaf. Law Minister says that we’re only scared of corruption of Asif Ali Zardari.

Earlier, PPP asked for Nawaz Sharif and Imran Khan to cancel their rallies on death of Nusrat Bhutto. Addressing a media conference, opposition leader in Punjab Assembly Raja Riaz says that PPP people are in grieving of sad death of Nusrat Bhutto and all political groups should share their emotions of sadness.

Raja Riaz also thanked Punjab govt and Sharif brothers for their condolence message and wanted that Mian brothers will also delay their political rallies to grieve death of Begum Nusrat Bhutto.

PML-N’s leader Nawaz Sharif is holding protests and processions inciting the public to take to the streets against the “Corrupt PPP Govt” as he puts it. His rant against the PPP-led government makes me smile. Mr Sharif has also been one of the most corrupt politicians in Pakistan’s history. Leaders of both mainstream political parties have ruled the nation twice. During their tenures, corruption touched new heights. Alas, the same corrupt politicians are once again trying to befool the masses. He should first come before masses with clean hands. Alright if PML-N supporters and PML-N leaders argue that Mian Sahib has left out all his wrongdoings but it seems hilarious that still Mian Sahib pays Rs 5,000 tax. No more emotional black mailing Mian Sahib, people are not going to follow you blindly.
