Ex – Pm and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Chief Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has explained recent suicide blasts in Pakistan were a big conspiracy to destabilise the country but the federal government, with the help of the people, will beat terrorists.
He was talking to the media at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital after visiting wounded people of the Karbla Gamey Shah tragedy here on Monday.
The PML-N chief mentioned the federal government, all political forces and the people would fight against terrorism with bravery and such incidents could not dent the courage of folks.
He said anti-Pakistan elements were trying to create chaos in the country by targeting innocent people but the factors would be defeated soon.
Talking about floods in the state, Nawaz Sharif said the federal government had not taken instant steps for flood victims due to which people had to face great hardships.
He said the announcement of an All Parties Conference (APC) on flood victims by the prime minister was good but now they had no time for it and it was time to rehabilitate all flood victims as soon as possible.
To a question, he said MQM Chief Altaf Hussain’s demand of martial law in the country was against the will of the people and the country already had many bad experiences of dictatorship which created many crises in the country.
“As a PML-N head, I will also visit flood victims in all the provinces of the country and make efforts for their rehab,” he added.
