PTI chief Imran Khan has says that he will quit national politics if it is confirmed that his party has been financed by the ISI. Ever since his party’s huge rallies in Lahore and Karachi, critics have asked where the PTI is receiving its income from. Numerous say it is an ‘establishment’ favorite and is getting financing from intelligence agencies.
“I will quit national politics if proved that the ISI financed PTI,” Imran Khan said on Twitter. Imran and other politicians from his party, including Shah Mahmood Qureshi, have said that the party gets large financing from abroad Pakistanis, like Imran’s other effective ventures such as Namal College in Imran’s home constituency Mianwali and the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital in Lahore.
Imran Khan more says that his party will never permit the use of Pakistan Army against the country’s own citizens. “We need to end this Fight against Terror which in effect is a war of terror orchestrated by the United states,” he said.
