ANP chief Asfandyar Wali has said he’ll bring a case against the Election Commission of Pakistan if any of his party members or activists is killed now.
A local ANP leader of Swat, Mukarram Shah passed away yesterday in a remote control blast, while 4 people including ANP’s candidate Syed Masoom Shah were hurt in another blast at Shab-e-Qadar, Charsadda.
Just after these incidents, in an interview with an international press, the ANP leader said security had been withdrawn from him and his party members on orders from the election commission and that he did take up the matter with the chief election commissioner via a letter.
The ANP chief stated that the election commission wasn’t taking his party’s concerns into consideration. He said he viewed this all as pre-poll rigging
