After threat to Zardari, PML-N offices torched in interior Sindh

PML-NUnknown miscreants set on fire the offices of PML-N in Kandhkot, Hyderabad and Jacobabad late Saturday night.Witnesses says that the miscreants in Kandhkot fired in the air for sometime before fleeing. Law enforcement failed to react although the police station was nearby, they added.

The 3 blazes were said within 30 minutes. The photos of Nawaz Sharif were also set on fire by the miscreants. The TNT correspondents says that these violence looked to be the reply of Friday’s address by Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif who demanded that President Asif Ali Zardari step down or be prepared to be hanged by his people “at Bhati Chowk”.

An office was set on fire on Friday night as well. A senior PML-N politician and MP, Khawaja Saad Rafique, says Zardari was a “wolf in sheep’s clothing” and his govt was a civil dictatorship. He says Zardari and his “cronies” have “taken hostage” the ruling party PPP.

The Sindh Home Minister Manzoor Wasaan has taken notice of the incidents and instructed quick inquiry. He also given suspension instructions of SHOs of Hyderabad, Jacobabad and Kandhkot.
