New Zealand, who trailed by 92 on the first innings, crumbled in their second innings to be all out for 110 in fewer than 39 overs.
Pakistan knocked off the required 19 runs to win without the loss of any wickets.
Man-of-the-match Abdul Rehman took three for 24 off 15 overs with his left-arm spin.
Pakistan lead the two-match series by 1-0.
