Men in Green leaves for West Indies tour

The Pakistan squad on today moved for their trip to the West Indies. Squad Manager Intikhab Alam mentioned he was optimistic that the new cricketers as part of the team would show their merit during this visit. Afridi will skipper Pakistan in ODI and T20 format while Misbah will head the test team. Pakistan will participate in a warm up game on April 18, while the trip officially begins from the April 21.

On the other hand, West Indian selectors also on Thursday revealed a  13 member team for the first couple of ODIs versus Pakistan. West Indies will play a 5 match ODI sequence, in addition to 1 T20, and 2 test games versus Pakistan planned to begin from 21st April.The Chairman of the WI selection board, Clyde Butts explained that the primary of the squad is in a position of serving for many years.

Chairman says, the new blood inducted in the team has the possible and the need to success, and hence gained the nod. Clyde Butts included that the occasion was rife for doing healthful changes as the West Indians vowed to restore their missing fame at the largest stage of the game.
