Ex- English all-rounder Andrew Flintoff, who was forced to quit cricket in 2010 after failing to recover from a severe knee problem, is reportedly planning a surprise return to T20 cricket for a domestic team.
Andrew Flintoff, who has played in a wide range of sporting challenges since quitting in 2010 including a bout as a heavyweight boxer at the Manchester Arena, is planning to make a comeback to cricket by playing T20 cricket for his former club St Annes.
As per the Mirror, The Ex- English all-rounder has been back in the indoor nets at Emirates Old Trafford in recent weeks. The Ashes hero reportedly made his cricketing debut as a 12-year-old for St. Annes and stayed with them until joining Lancashire.
Andrew Flintoff’s grandfather, Harry still watches the Northern League club home and away and regularly helps out doing jobs at the ground, the report said.
