Aussie skipper Michael Clarke has said that isn’t sure when he will be fit to play cricket again, and although he’s positive he’d be fit for the return Ashes, there is no guarantee at this stage.
As per the Mirror, Michael Clarke was talking after it was disclosed he’d skip Australia`s tour of India because of a long-standing back problem. The Australian Physio Alex Kountouris had earlier said Clarke would need an extensive treatment period before returning to competitive cricket, the report said.
Michael Clarke said that he was always positive and just needs to make certain he does everything to give him the best chance. Australia will be looking for revenge after losing this summer`s Ashes series in England 3-0, the report added. The initial Ashes Test begins in Brisbane on November 21, as per the report.
