With only 53 days to launch, Ayan Mukerji is racing against time to conclude his movie Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. As per reports, Ayan is staring at a long task list, and Dharma is pulling out all the stops to assist Ayan get the movie back on track.
A source told: “A large chunk of dubbing, that includes quite a few critical scenes, is yet to be done. A song featuring Ranbir and Madhuri Dixit is yet to be shot. Some more scenes need to be shot in Mumbai and most importantly, the climax, that involves all four actors remains to be shot as well.”
“He is feeling the heat… and has confided in Ranbir about his anxiety, who is standing by his buddy helping him sort things out,” said the source, adding, “The song with Madhuri is likely to be shot by the end of the month. Pritam too has put other projects on hold to complete the soundtrack.”
With the timetable stretching more than anticipated, Ayan also had a issue along with Deepika’s dates. The actress, who’s been buzzing between her 3 movies – Chennai Express, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and Ram Leela, has had a difficult time accommodating new requests from her directors.
“But Ayan managed to wrangle two days with Deepika from Rohit Shetty. And if everything goes according to plan, he will meet the deadline,” added the source.
