Student of the Year under the banner of Red Chillies Entertainment has taken a good start at box office as it was expected and made about 7.75 Crs on its 1st day at the local box office.
The film did very well in metros and multiplexes across the country. The collections are considerably decent for a film with only newcomers. Single Screens and non-urban places, however, struck to a quite average box office collection.
Student of the Year’s advertising campaigns made sure it has a nice opening and footfall was steady. There’s no doubt that the collections of Student of the Year will remain steady throughout the weekend with a probability that Sunday will see a decent leap.
