Sonam Kapoor was asked to put on a few pounds to play a Punjabi kudi in Dolly Ki Doli which is made by Arbaaz Khan. But now, she has been directed to knock off those extra few pounds before she works opposite Salman Khan in Sooraj Barjatya’s film Prem Ratan Dhan Payo.
Sonam Kapoor has always been open about the weight problems she faced before entering Bollywood. The actress has worked hard to get her slim body and works equally hard to retain it. However, she does not have to go into starvation mode to lose those 6-8 kilos that she put on for Dolly Ki Doli. As per her fitness trainer, she will do pilates, a 45-minute cardio workout and interval training workouts. She can even continue eating chicken, fish and salads- all in moderation.
Sonam Kapoor, who is identified to have a sweet tooth, will have to control on her indulgences though. She apparently tried to force her instructor to have a chocolate croissant in Paris so that she could have one too! For now, she may not have her chocolates, but snagging a movie along with Salman Khan should more than make up for it.
