After Kick’s Glasgow shoot got delayed due to Salman Khan’s visa problems, because of the pending black buck case, now the actor can finally heave a sigh of relief. The Rajasthan High Court stayed the 5 year jail term of the actor in the black buck poaching case and now, he has also been given the permission to visit overseas.
Sajid Nadiadwala’s directorial debut suffered financial loss previously because Salman Khan couldn’t travel abroad without the visa permit and the reason for his visa rejection was his involvement in the black buck poaching case. On Tuesday, Justice Nirmal Jeet Kaur ruled the case towards the actor and granted him the approval to visit abroad after the defence argued that his visa rejection will affect his right to livelihood.
A happy Sajid Nadiadwala expressed his relief and said that he will soon start filming with the actor abroad. Kick also actors Jacqueline Fernandez and Randeep Hooda and is planned to release in July 2014.
