After a few back-to-back hits, Ranveer Singh has become one of Bollywood’s most popular actors. But unexpectedly he has not approved a movie after Zoya Akhtar’s film Dil Dhadakne Do which rolls in May. This movie too was accepted by him much before the launch of Goliyon Ka Raasleela Ram Leela.
After his recovery from a bad attack of dengue, Ranveer Singh has kept hectic with shoots and campaigns. He is presently racing through a pile of scripts in the hope of finding something interesting, before he leaves for Delhi on March 7 for a month-long 2nd schedule of a forthcoming movie.
Meanwhile, buzz is that a really appealing offer came his way recently when Eros International contacted him with a two-film, Rs 30-crore offer. Ranveer Singh was apparently told that he could pick a set-up of his option including the script, cast, director and even a calendar of dates. But, looks the actor turned down the deal because he didn’t want to take up a venture without knowing it properly.
When approached, the Eros spokesman said, “This is absolutely untrue. Eros has made no such offer to Ranveer.”
