Rani Mukerji, who is a very good friend of Bollywood actress Preity Zinta, chose not to comment on Preity’s ongoing case with Ness Wadia. The actress said she didn’t think anyone had the right to speak or give an opinion on it.
“The only thing I would like to say is that her case is under investigation. This is not the right platform, it’s a personal thing. I don’t like to comment on somebody’s else life. I don’t think it’s right to comment and I don’t think any person has the right to speak up or give an opinion,” Rani told reporters.
Describing Preity as a good person, the actress said; “She is a great person and a colleague of mine. We were fortunate to have worked in four films together.”
“She used to tell me that she and I would marry in the same mandap, so that our weddings would be as successful as our films. But I beat her to that. I am waiting for Preity to get married, so that would be a wonderful news,” she added.
Both shared screen space in movies including Chori Chori Chupke Chupke, Har Dil Jo Pyaar Karega among few other.
Preity has filed a complaint against ex-boyfriend Ness Wadia for allegedly using foul language, pulling her hand and abusing her during an Indian Premier League cricket match at the Wankhede stadium.
