Nargis Fakhri Enjoy Being Healthy And Active

Nargis Fakhri, who is so particular about her fitness and diet, says that her fitness regime includes healthy food, planty of water and a lot of sleep.


She says she includes healthier food and a plenty of water and at least 8 to 10 hours of sleep to her routines.

“I like to mix up yoga and zumba” she said.

“I enjoy being active so, I also opt for long walks, biking or tennis. Sometimes I take a spin class at a local gym. I need variety,” she added.

Nargis will next be seen in Madras Cafe featuring opposite John Abraham.
