Makers of film Queen Paid Rs.1.25 crore to Asha Bhosle For a Song

The makers of Kangana Ranaut starrer Queen has paid a whopping amount of Rs.1.25 crore for a song which is to be sung by Asha Bhosle.

Producers Viacom 18 and Phantom Films had to shell out a huge chunk of money for the song Hungama Ho Gaya from the 1973 film Anhonee which was pictured on yesteryears bombshell Bindu.

Queen will have Kanagana Ranaut break into an impromptu dance on hearing this track and the director Vikas Bahl was happy that he got this song.

The producers thought that the song was very apt for their film and got Saregama to give them the license to use the track in Queen.

Anhonee was directed by Ravi Tandon, Raveena Tandon’s father and she recollects that the film was a chartbuster at that time with the music rendered by Laxmikant-Pyarelal.
