Bollywood actor Fardeen Khan, son of late yesteryear actor Feroz Khan, eventually breathes a sign of comfort after the Mumbai sessions court granted him immunity in a Cocaine case.
Fardeen Khan was found responsible in October a year ago after he was charged of attempting to purchase cocaine in a 10 year old case in which a special court framed allegations against him and 2 others. The special NDPS court had framed allegations against Khan, under section 21 (A) of Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances act.
The court approved Fardeen’s request under Section 64 (A) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. The court also said that if he’s detained for a similar offence in the future then the immunity against him shall be removed.
