Bollywood flick Ek Villain was predicted to rule at the box office in the second week and that is what happened. The movie has received close to double of the mixed collections of new releases. Now the film is set to cross trendy 100 Cr nett mark by the end of second week itself. The film was helped by the poor business of new releases and movie was solid in north and central India.
Ek Villain received nearly 4.30 Cr nett on the 8th day and then the movie jumped by 25% on Saturday and the movie acquired nearly 5.10 Cr nett. The film added massive 6 Cr nett on Sunday and this movie received 15.50 Cr nett in 2nd weekend. The movie should add 22-23 Cr nett in 2nd week, which means 100 Cr nett in 2 weeks. The film more added 2 cr nett on Wednesday and 1.74 cr nett on Thursday. The movie added 24 cr nett in 2nd week which means only 60-65% fall from week one.
This Mohit Suri directorial, which is at current the Fourth Highest Grosser of 2014 and Along with Shraddha Kapoor, Sidharth Malhotra and Riteish Deshmukh in the main roles.
