Aamir Khan’s film Ghajini was the 1st Bollywood flick to cross the 100 crore mark. Then the Aamir Khan shattered the records when film 3 Idiots entered the 200 crore mark, and now it seems like the actor is all set to break his earlier records with Dhoom 3.
The 3rd sequel of Dhoom series featuring Aamir Khan, Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra has already crossed the 100 crore mark in the 1st weekend. Dhoom 3 has shattered all records of Shahrukh Khan’s film Chennai Express and Hrithik Roshan’s film Krrish 3. Having entered the 100 crore mark in 3 days, the film has become the quickest Rs 100 crore grosser in the domestic market.
On the day of launch, the movie received around Rs 36.22 crore. The 2nd day got a weak response but the film did a record collection when compared to other movies like Chennai Express and Krrish 3. Then Dhoom 3 showed a huge jump on the 3rd day – when compared to its launch day collection, the film seen 10% progress. Dhoom 3 will definitely reach the 300 crore mark as per different trade experts.
