Deepika Padukone,Film maker Ramesh Sippy, Movie director Rohan Sippy and lyricist Jaideep are to face the allegations of obscenity and using offensive words in the theme track of movie “Dum Maaro Dum”. In a Jodhpur regional court a complainant by the name Mukesh Panwar submitted a legal case against all these folks for harming spiritual emotions of a particular part of society.
The court of Metropolitan Magistrate has directed probe into Deepika Padukone obscenity case. After hearing the issue of Mukesh Pawar, the court has directed Shastri Nagar law enforcement to analyze the case.The complainant Panwar has claimed that unclean words and vulgar moments in the theme track have hurt people’s emotions. Panwar in his claim says text with double meaning have been utilized in the movie.
A case was filed against film maker Ramesh Sippy, Deepika Padukone, lyricist and other celebrities for hampering spiritual emotions of folks in Jodhpur court.
