Big B To Lend Voice For Documentary On Uttarakhand

Amitabh Bachchan, who is famous for lending his baritone as voice-overs for several projects, will now lend his voice to a documentary to be made in the efforts taken by security staff during the Uttarakhand floods.

The 24-minute documentary, which is named Himveer, has been made by ITBP (Indo-Tibetan Border Police) and will be launched by Union Minister of State for Home R P N Singh on August 30. In the documentary, the Big B will be heard explaining the efforts done by the troops of Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), the Indian Air Force and the Indian Army during the Uttarakhand disaster.

Big B will be next seen essaying the character of a Gandhian in Prakash Jha’s film Satyagraha.
