After Salman Khan’s tryst with the popular black-buck (chinkara) case, now it’s Bollywood actor Aamir Khan’s turn to face the music. As per reports, the Gujarat high court on Friday started the final hearing process of the case that was filed way back in 2006. A top daily report that the case was submitted against the actor and the staff of his flick Logan, which was launched in 2001.
However, a case was registered only after 6 years in the Bhuj court after allegedly killing a chinkara during the movie shoot. Reports suggest that J V Vyas, an official with the Kutch forest range had submitted a case in 2006 against 7 members of the ‘Lagaan’ crew, saying that they allegedly shot a chinkara. Right after this claim, 49-year-old actor moved the HC in 2008 looking to quash the such accusations claiming that they weren’t involved in this case.
Aamir Khan more stressed that the movie shoot was wrapped in 2000, why has the request been submitted against the crew only in 2006, after a distance of 6 years. The next hearing of the case has been set for Monday.
